At Dealer Pros, we take pride in our appearance. All of our attendants are well dressed and well-groomed for a polished, professional look. We provide three separate uniform styles:
All uniforms are worn with black dress pants, black belt, black socks and black shoes.
Upon request, Dealer Pros is open to the idea of having our staff wear the uniform of your dealership brand.
A full background check as well as a motor vehicle report (MVR) is conducted for each individual.
Upon hiring, every staff member undergoes a rigorous training program to learn proper customer service and other skills including: communication, awareness and responsiveness to situational needs.
